any web site that it deems to have not met it's guidelines for inclusion.
We have posted some general submission guidelines for your convenience,
however they are not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all considerations.
Our policy is quite simple... we may not be able to provide a definitive
list of what spam or quality is, but we recognize it when we see it. |
